Tomorrow marks the start of Mental Health Awareness week 2019 in the UK.
Having lost my mother and grandfather to suicide from mental health issues, it's very important to me to help people who may be struggling.
This is the start of my personal campaign to give simple and practical tips to anyone who wants to benefit from them this week.
This video is the initial tip about beginning to use the breath to create a powerful relaxation response in your body.
Let's engage with each other, to impact people in positive and lasting ways.
