How your beliefs influence your feelings
Good morning everyone,
I hope you had a wonderful weekend, wherever you are and whatever you're doing!
I have updated my video log this week with a really important topic focusing on how beliefs that we may hold, subconsciously influence our feelings, often very powerfully, leading us to act in ways that we may not have chosen to after the fact.
I am off to San Diego to take my own High Performance journey to another level on 9 Oct (my birthday!), so I will share some more of that content as I go forward.
